Does anyone know if Bike Houston is still an active organization? Their website hasn't been updated in a while, and no recent posts on their forum.

Been wondering that myself. I just sent the question to someone that should know.

They've been having some website problems. But recall that recent METRO bike racks on buses victory? That was BikeHouston. On-going bike education classes? BikeHouston. There's more to a public service organization than a website.

Thanks Peter. I figured you might know the answer.

yeah, I just assume their website isn't their main entity.
The forum was pretty dead even around the Moonlight Ramble... which rocked BTW, I'll be back to that BikeHouston event for sure.

Thanks kf5nd. Just for some of us that live outside the loop, and I'm not talking the 610loop, the website is the only way of finding out about upcoming events.

BikeHouston.org has been pretty active. We have a new, accurate, updated calendar on the front page! (I'm putting the events in).
