I've only been riding for about a month, and only in the Northeast Houston area, but I'll be visiting a friend in Austin Friday night (7/6) and am looking to ride on Saturday somewhere that isn't perfectly flat! Any ideas for a ~25 mile ride either around Austin or on the way back to Houston? I've heard about some stuff in the Bastrop area, and I'm looking for somewhere that won't be too busy with traffic. Any and all ideas are welcome. Thanks guys!

For what it's worth, here's a nice route between Austin and Bastrop. Scout it in a car first because there's major road construction in the area. You can probably find a segment of the route that meets your requirements.
