Anybody got one? I am looking to stitch one together now with my Chicago bike map and a map of Walworth county bike routes I found online, but I was hoping maybe someone else has a proven route they like. Anybody?

Thanks.

I don't care much for riding on 173, it is kind of busy.

If you can get to Barrington (bike or train), the Chicago Tri Club has an excellent route to Lake Geneva that goes through my backyard.

i'd definitely recommend this route over the first one i linked to. i just assumed you were leaving from chicago, but this route is much better. relatively quiet roads and valley hill is an awesome climb.

Any idea how long this route would be? I tried to guesstimate, but I thought I better ask

Having ridden before around Lake Geneva, I know the area is very pretty, but not having a car makes it hard to get to
Thanks, Duppie

Barrington to and around Lake Geneva and back to Barrington is around 100 miles, IIRC. Downtown Chicago to Barrington is about 35 miles, 70 round trip.
