How big of a difference is there between these two? And what are the benefits of one over the other?

They are spec'd out very closely...looks like the Iguana has disc tabs, a little better shock and a better rear cassette.

The non disk Iguana is a nine speed bike. full Deore. Has a nicer fork as well.

I have the Giant Yukon, and i think it's great =) The fork is a bit 'softer' than the other ones ( a tiny bit ) but it's fine. I think the Iguana is just an upper model. The one i saw had disc brakes.
