well i ride trails mostely but try out oak mtns road loop around the state park. Lots of nice scenery

In what part of town are you living and working? If you like group rides several Saturday long rides (50-100mi) leave from various spots in town, usually with 10-30 riders. Most of the weekday evening rides are 20-30 miles. Tuesday Night Worlds leave from Homewood Cycles. Fully kitted A's, B's like me, and a small C group depart from 5:15 - 5:30. A more social ride with some B's and on lower leaves at 6:00 from the Botanical Gardens. I often ride from the B'ham Bicycle Co. M, W, H @ 5:30, and rides leave from Bobs Bikes and some Cahaba Cyles locations, too. Practice crits on W @ Barbour have mixed turnouts. There's even a 5am ride 2X/week with a few folks. What's your poison?

Many of our weekday loops travel through parts of Irondale. And you're close to the start of a lot of them. Don't guess you're here already for tonight's rides?

my grandmother has me on house arrest until further notice due to a recent hospital stay. which you read about here if you want http://blog.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=blog.ListAll&friendID=35592828 . And most importantly my langster and allez are both in OK with my girl friend. i am screwed all the way around it seems.
