I bought it new from REI a couple of weeks ago. I connected everything up on my bike and went to turn it on, hmmmm nada. So I figured the battery might be dead, I bought some new batteries, did a reset, I saw the reset happen ok. The items on the display then started to fade away...I tried different brand new batteries to no avail.
Did I get a lemon? Reset works fine, the next screen shows 700 etc...then that quickly fades away.
