Yep its true, you are more than welcome to have my place in the BHF South Downs Randonnee on the 28th July. Its the 100 mile ride from WInchester to Eastbourne.
Unfortatly i have screwed up my knee and wont be able to enter so if you would like to take my place please email me at alexasigno(@)hotmail.(com) Obviously please remove the neccesarry parts!

PS If there is a lot of interest in the entry i will ask for a donation to http://www.justgiving.com/asigno2 and the person who agrees to donate the most can have it, the entrance ticket cost me £30.
