Hi, I am new to biking. Please help me in selecting UNIVERSAL peddles so it will be convenient to ride in clipless shoes as well as in scatter shoes (DC, Vans). As I understand despite the fact that Shimano 545 and 636 clipless peddles have frame but are not convenient for riding in scatter shoes. Maybe there are other non-Shimano clipless peddles (the system doesn't matter) for my application or two-side peddles as in http://www.joekiske.com/peddles.jpg? I would appreciate if you list specific models.

Sweat thanks!

You need pedals which do NOT have a clipless fitting??
Do you need them with the small raised studs, which BMX riders use for extra grip?
MKS are my favourite for standard 2 sided normal pedals.

WELLGO makes a combination mountain pedal compatible with SPD. You can go with clips or clipless. WPD 95B
