Texas - Blue Skies...

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

...smilin' at me, nothin' but blue skies do I see.
A bit humid, but nice to get out and ride in the sun for a change. Did 43 miles out in Parker County, and it's just amazing how green is still is. Still a fair amount of wildflowers in bloom. Even the famed Parker County dogs were content to bask in the sun and leave us cyclists alone. Hope everyone got to get out and ride today.

Finally got a clear day in Austin and I end up hosting company. I'm still not quite at the point where I'll ditch my parents (and my wife's parents!) to go ride, so hopefully it'll at least stay clear through noon tomorrow.
I am just now coming back from what I guess ended up being bronchitis. I hadn't been doing anything for about a week waiting for my lungs to clear, and only last week got on the trainer for a few recovery rides. I headed out this morning along the route that was used for the Collin Classic and got in just over 54 miles. It felt great even with the humidity. :)
Just in time for the Matrix Challenge...had me worried for a while. :)

So it was you who angered the rain gods and got me soaked... *#$*#($*( I'm going to learn to stay out 15 minutes less than planned on Sundays... That or just stop washing the bike...
