I did my first century ride today in Wytheville, VA. This ride is called the Big Walker Century Ride and consists of 25, 40, 50, 62, and 100 mile options. Very well organized with plentiful rest stops. Not many folks involved. Only about 150 to 200 people. Some good climbing and good flats for speed. I recommend everyone check it out for next year. It was actually listed in Bicycling magazine.
