basically looking for a riser with a very short middle recessed section in the center... it is a bit hard to tell in pics that are posted by you all, so i can have as narrow as possible and still have a bit for brake levers. For cinelli quill stem, not the oversized versions.

any help would be nice, thanks.

good luck finding 26.4 risers...

"not the oversized version"...even so a piece of beer can will work for 26 or 26.4, or the shims if you wanna spend $8. the OLD dimension bars have a pretty short middle. I got a newer set that have a longer, straighter middle, but are way shinier.

just measured them - the old ones have 3 inches of flat before the rise starts, the new ones have 4 inches.

i wasn't so worried about shimming them, i have some shims. i like the narrow feel, and one of the bars i have after cut down still feel a bit wide, and that is with out a little bit for a brake clamp.

i thought there might be a set out there that was way short in the mid section... 3 inches seem a bit right,
what make are they?
