Badger State Trail officially open

Did anybody else go to Belleville, Wi today for the opening ceremony? It was a pleasant way to spend a couple of hours today.

It was kind of funny the way the ATV crowd got left out of the picture during the ribbon cutting ceremony.

Didn't make it, conflicted with going to church. My wife wouldn't have liked me cutting church for a trail opening ceremony. I would have liked to have been there.

The ATV restriction is pretty tight isn't it - only allowed between Monroe and Monticello, and only when the air temp is 28 degrees or below. It will be interesting to see if they honor those restrictions.
