I like the idea of cycling everyday, but with a new baby at home I may be restricted to four days a week. So to fill the babysitting days, I like the game I saw on You Me and Dupree. Owen Wilson was riding his bike, racing against Lance Armstrong. Do games like that exist?

Pro Cycling Manager might be fun for you. It's a PC and Playstation Portable game though. No console version, afaik.

I make up intervals on the trainer and watch a movie, i.e. sprint during fight scenes.
