I've searched and found a little, but was wondering if those of you with building experience had any opinion on Davidson frames. I'm looking at buying an early 80's Davidson that looks gorgeous, but am a little skeptical as I can find little Davidson info. Thanks for the help.

I remember Bill Davidson back in about 1981 or so and he built some very nice lugged steel bikes. He still makes bikes in Seattle specializing in Titanium frames but still builds lugged steel. I'd call Bill and ask him.....I'll bet he could tell you when it was made or maybe even who he made it for. At least it would be interesting to find out about it. Look up Elliott Bay Cycles on the net and you'll find some current stuff.
