Rides and Races - ATTN: East Coast

Hey kids, starting August 6th a friend and I will be riding up the East Coast from Tallahassee, FL to NYC. We're making a stop in Richmond for Best Friends Day, and after that I'll be riding solo. I'm way into meeting kids along the way up and maybe showering at your place and chillin' out max. Anyone that lives in between FL and NY that enjoys being young and restless should hit me up! I've got an extra bedroom til sept. I live 5 minutes from Philly in a town called Collingswood, NJ.

Are you hugging the coast or will you be through Atlanta? We have couches/floor space/beer/food/etc. I'm super jealous that you have time to do this!

We're not going through atlanta, unfortunately. I wanted to because of all the times I've been there I still have yet to visit the coke museum. I want some of that real cane sugar stuff you can't get in the states. We're heading straight to savannah from here because I've never been. Thanks for the offer though.

And word on NJ. Do they allow riding over the bridges to Philly? I'm doubting they do over 76, right? I have a friend who lives in West Philly and works at Neighborhood Bike works, but I'd be down for a ride or something.

You can ride over the Ben Franklin. It's not a very good idea for the simple fact of riding through camden. You can take your bike on the PATCO train (as long as it isn't rush hour) for lik 4.50 round trip. There is a PATCO station about 500ft from my house.

hahahaha I have a whole picture montage of TimArchy & I riding over the Ben Franklin last week. :) I liked it. But then again, we didn't wheel around Camden much.

Since youre from Tallahassee im guessing you friend is Ben. You can ride on the Ben Franklin bridge into philly form Camden. PM me if you want more info or want a place to stay in west philly.
