does anyone know what the riders use to clean out their nasal passages and sinuses? have seen them on trainers in front of the bus with cotton hanging out of their noses. looking for a straight answer here. the jokes are too easy.

its cotton soaked in "olbas" which is like the swiss version of vick's vapo rub
