View Full Version : Felt B2 or QROO Ceduza?
I'm having trouble deciding here. Both are '07, I can get the Felt for $2800 and the QROO for $2700. I've ridden both and found both to be comfortable. Looking for some opinions on component differences, or opinions from owners of either.

I'm partial to the Felt myself, think it really looks the biz.
That said, components are much of a muchness - one advantage is that the Felt has more sizes: you've got a better chance of getting fitted exactly.
The B2 also has the same frame as the much more expensive DA (sans the really cool DA fork). Bike Sport Michigan really like the B2 - and while they mention other QROO models, they don't look at the seduza - http://bikesportmichigan.com/bikes/07bikesfinal/07-feltb2.shtml
I'd be partial to the bike designed in the wind tunnel myself. (Felt)

I'm not trying to trash Felt, but according to Inside Tri's coverage of recent Lifetime Fitness Triathlon in Minneapolis:
"At 30 km, the riders were stunned to see Walton standing with his broken bike at the side of the road. He'd hit a square-edged pothole on one of the washboard streets of St. Paul and cracked his Felt frame clean through. His full disk aero rear wheel was also cracked in two pieces. The miracle was that Walton, even with all his gargantuan strength, had held on and hadn't crashed."
Does anyone have more details about which Felt frame and how it broke?
Must have been wicked if it didn't just break his bike but also his wheel.
I guess I wouldn't be so worried about a Felt bike breaking, they are very popular this year, and if this was a wide spread problem Felt would be remedying the problem.

I'm sure it's an isolated incident, but it's scary to know a pot hole on a race course could do that. That's why I like to know more about it. Craig Watson was leading on the bike too, so he must be really pissed off.

Same thought here, if it was just the bike I would be more leery, since it broke his wheel and frame, I'd say, dang, yellow paint around the pot holes anybody??? Going pro speed into that kind of pothole in your aero bars and didn't seriously crash, thats luck or just monster skills.
