Watch out for those CCTV cameras!

Google Maps and Local.Live.com have traffic info too, for most major cities and surrounding areas. Only for the US as far as I know

The thread is called "interactive congestion maps," but I couldn't find a way to adjust the congestion. Maybe I need a plugin?
