Mountain Biking - Next Upgrade

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
I would like to know what part of my bike i should upgrade first. Im either thinking of upgrading my fork, or my compnents. If i were to upgrade my components, i would upgrade it all to LX. but i really dont know what to upgrade my fork to and i dont know which to upgrade first.
Thanks in advance!
What is your current set up? Second if the upgrade is going to cost more than the bike is worth, dont upgrade just for the sake of upgrading. IMHO wait until it either wears out or breaks before you spend money.

This is some of the best advice you can follow.
Well I guess it depends. You have to figure out if you need a fork more or components more. I dunno how you would figure that out though. What components do you have now? And what fork? If your fork still works reasonably and you can live without a new one it for awhile, I would go components first. I think they have more effect in making your ride positive or negative. Unless your fork just bottoms out all the time I would hold onto, your ride might be softer or harsher than you want, but that is not as bad as bad shifting.
