No, I mean for the rest of your life, as a career.

Because you seem pretty useless with your hands and tools in general.

Thanks. I'm really not so good with tools at all. As a career, I don't know. If playing baseball falls through (like it most likely will), then I always thought of becoming a Sports Agent. However, that might dive into a bit too much law than I would like to be in.

Not sure of that yet... I had a job but it got messed up. I might work at the bikeshop.

How can you work at a bikeshop when you don't know much about working on bikes?
No offense or anything...

You can do sales and stuff. You don't have to fix bikes to work at the bikeshop.

Yes you do.

Not necessarily. I'm not horrible at working on bikes, though. I just have some troublesome areas- like brakes.

They aren't going to pay somebody to just walk around the floor all day, a bike shop employee has to do it all.

Unless it's a really big shop, like Performance Bike. But even then, it's still probably a good idea to know how to do mechanical work. Actually, isn't that why many people work at LBSs? It's one way they can learn on the job how to fix bikes.

Performance sucks sooooo bad.

Fit- Brakes aren't hard to do. Especially if you have access to shop tools, then it's easy as hell.

I never really tried to work on brakes. I just feel like I'd get too frustrated to dial them in.

It's not that hard. I don't even have that fancy cable pusher thing. Or even good wire cutters. I just have my local shop cut the cable and housing for me, then i do the rest. It's easy.

I can tune brakes and set them up really well. Kind of ironic seeing as how I don't run them
