So I had another physical therapy session today and my lovely and caring physical therapist Amiee said I had a 30% improvement in the amount of distance I could pull my knee up to my chest, so since I did so good over the weekend and was stretching so well, she let me ride the stationary bike today. She said take it slow and if I felt I could, I could do complete pedal strokes.

I did .3 miles in 6 minutes. I was burning up the carpet in the place. :D Knee was really, really sore this afternoon after she made me do other stretching, but I did logged .3 miles today. I be back in the books this week for spinner miles as I have 2 more appointments this week. I might be able to tough out another .7 miles and log a whole mile, but you have to start someone right. ;) . She's task master that Aimee.

In your condition 1 mile sounds like a good goal. Brian you will be back adding miles soon enough. Keep up the good work.

You and Tom must have the biggest animated graphic collection on the planet. I like this one though,
I wonder how they got a pic of me riding. :D

Good on ya! PT can be a tough time, (my fiancee is back in PT sessions for her ankle, and it's 9 years after her accident) but the end result is well worth the effort. Keep it up; the 1 mile milestone is just around the corner.
