I started biking to work (once a week for now) and opted to use a backpack to take clothes with me, instead of keeping a set at the office. I've only ridden in a few times now, and about 3/4 of the way through my ride, my back starts to hurt. I know back pains aren't an unsual thing, especially if you've a backpack, but anyone got any suggestions on how to keep backpacking it without backaching it? Should the pack be at the small of my back, or higher up on my back? I dunno, I dunno...
BTW, I'm riding a road bike, 17 mile commute (each way), flat to rolling hills along the way.
