Singlespeed & Fixed Gear - Post your ideal fg/ss bicycle

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
cmon *******s, what kind of bicycle do you really want.
Or is everyone still too cool to have fun on the internet.

A custom Makino frame, Kaisei 8630 tubing.
And all the components I already own swapped to that frame.
This is my favorite fixed gear bike.

Track geometry
Columbus Aeroplane or Easton Aluminum tubing
high modulus carbon fork, straight blade if possible. Reynolds Ouzo Pro if not
Reynolds CF Wheelset, tufo tubulars
Easton aluminum seat post

The same Langster '07 I have know, but custom built from the ground up with my own measurements, including a longer top tube, shorter head tube, move the seatube back one inch, and blinged-out with uber-light componentry.

The one I'm building, 80's Gios Evolution Pista frame, never been ridden. I have changed my mind a few times, but it's got Mavic Ellipse wheels on order, Campy Record Pista Crank, Fixie Inc. straight bar and carscratchers, Thompson post, Colnago stem, FiZik saddle, what else... I'll be posting photos in about a week.

Clavicula. What length do you want it in, I heard that the waiting time on anything but 175, I think, is fairly long. Though with the look of that build you probably have been/will be putting it together over a long long time.
Now for the bike, BMC track machine (to match my BMC road bike).
Zipp 606
EC90 track bars
Flite Kit carbonio
KCNC Ti seatpost
DA cranks (7800 or 7710)
Wipperman 1G8 chain
Suntour cog
Look Keo Carbon pedals.
Dugast silk tyres.

old school - cinelli or colnago with all NOS campy record parts
new school - something very oversized. oversized tubing, deep section wheels, aero seat post, etc.

Does Steve Rex build the track frame for 650c wheels (like his road-specific) or the more traditional geometry?

i am lucky enough to have one (road), but i ended up putting 700c wheels on it...

I'm faily sure he will build whatever you need. I've seen a couple of his 650 road bikes but he mostly does them for shorter folks to improve standover. He is a really nice guy and an amazing builder. hit him up.
BTW the first 2 pics don't have a 650 wheel. That guy is huge! I've spoken with him and seen that bike up close.

I'd love to find a NOS Raleigh Record Ace.
