Custom Ti Frame: Need help with Design/Measurement

Hi all
Im considering buying a custom Ti frame.
I ride mostly for fitness.
Im 1.9 m (6'2") tall with 90 cm inseam (35.5")
I was given a order form that is asking for the dimensions below.
If you folks could look at what I have filled in and let me know what you think I would be very thankful.

Seat tube length: (c-c) 61cm
Seat tube angle: 73cm?
Fork length: 320mm? Easton EC70 Aero 43mm rake
Top tube length: (c-c) 58cm
Head tube angle: 73?
BB drop 68cm?
Head tube length: 180 ?
Chains stay length: 40.8cm
Fork rake: Easton EC70 Aero 43mm rake

Surely one of the points of buying a custom frame is that its a dialog between yourself and the framebuilder?
Or are you ordering remotely?

Anyway, the dimensions of the bike should fit you. Everyone is different so its hard to say you need this length top-tube etc. I would strongly suggest finding someone to do a professional fitting, if the framebuilder cannot.

Angles, wheelbase etc again should come out of the dialog between you and the builder based on your required application.

But I would at least go for English threading on BB as its by far the most common threading.

Yes I am ordering remotely.
I have done just about every internet frame fitting site I could find.
Im going to a dealership locally who has been trained by the Waterford guys for a fit/confirmation.

Does that geometry allow you to use your chosen crank length without toe-clip overlap your grounding at corners? BB height is easier to comprehend than BB drop.
