Whoopass is not on the WADA Prohibited List. I checked and it's not there.

I think I will try to head out there too. I really have no idea how I feel about Floyd but this should be fun! Plus It will be interesting to see how many people show up to this. In Florida a few years back Montell Williams had a book signing and there were practically riots outside the store.

I usually just lurk there as I am from the other side of the US. But I just had to put in my 2cents here. I went to the books signing in my area. Let me say, GO if you can and then read your signed copy of the book. All your questions and doubts will be answered. There is no way he could have twisted the truth or lied with all the info that is in this book.
I can with all honestly say Floyd has to be one the most sincere guys I have ever met. GO GET AND READ THE BOOK!!!!!

I really wanted to believe that Landis was innocent, but after reading the LeMond interview, I now believe he is guilty. I hope I am proven wrong!
Maybe when I read his book I'll feel differently. I met him at the Tour of California, and he does seem like a genuine, nice guy and while I didn't discuss the charges against him, he came across as very honest. That's another reason I hope I'm wrong.

I don’t want to turn this into a Floyd/drugs thread but I think the "performance enhancing supplement" problem is pervasive enough that even the nicest people may get pulled in. That’s why I am looking forward to reading this book and meeting the man himself. I hope to be proven wrong.
On a separate note, I think this book should have been called ‘Guilty Until Proven Innocent’ since that really is the way some fans (including myself sometimes) approach this subjects these days.

+1
It is my opinion that virtually everyone in last year's field was "doping" to various degrees. At the very least, they were all taking HGH (they'd be foolish not to), which is to this day undetectable. And most of the field (at least the top riders) were playing the game of keeping their detectable levels and ratios at "acceptable levels". Even skill sports are overrun with performance enhancing drugs, so naturally a poorly run sport that is almost entirely about the absolute limits of human strength, speed, and endurance is going to be at the cutting edge of chemistry.
Does anyone know how early we need to be there to avoid a big crowd?

Floyd was awesome! He has a great sense of humor! I am soooo glad I went...
I will always believe his innocence and can't wait to read the book!
Christy (Aquaterror) and I were able to get right up @ the front of the line to get our books signed.
Christy actually bought a book and had it signed for Eric, the SFVBC member that had the terrible crash on Rock store last weekend. That was very awesome of you Christy!!
Was able to talk with Adam for a bit...Really good seeing you Adam!!!

I was standing next to you in the 'signing line' at one point. Will post my pic with Floyd later.
It was a fun evening, and Floyd is surprisingly funny. I have just started reading the book, but I have yet to read or hear anything that makes me believe Floyd doped.

I'm pretty sure Floyd wouldn't write a book convincing people that he did dope. ;)

I haven't finished the book yet, but I recall reading a couple passages in which he kinda, sorta implies he did not dope.

Tricky word choice. I meant 'from any source', but I'm sure you knew that.;)
