Christ, when will the French wake up to economic reality? You can't strike everytime economic conditions change!

They think that disrupting the TdF will win them friends?

are you refering to the "artists" that were holding up signs blocking/crowding the road a few stages ago?

all it did was slow down the peleton a bit, but it wasn't but 30 seconds to get through it :rolleyes:

There was a protest today that held up
the peloton for a minute and a half, and the TdF
officials said it was part of the race!
Not sure what they were protesting, supporters
of Jose Bove or was it Jose Cuervo? :D

ah, I haven't watched today's stage yet. I just got back in from riding.... gotta get up early to beat the 115 degree heat here :p
