Over the last year I've been cultivating this idea of doing the Colorado Trail [Denver to Durango]. It just won't go away. Cycling or hiking, preferably cycling. I've seen tour companies that offer a package. . .mucho dineros.
Have any of you BF50+ers done it. . .as actual 50+ers? Did you go on a supported trip? Are there tour groups who are 50+ oriented? Is hiking better?
By the way, I'd consider other trans-Rocky off-road journeys [especially southern Rockies crossings] if you have any familiarity with those.
Thanks.
