very cool. glad i bought cycling peaks. lol Christian Vandevelde averaged 250w for 5 hours. Today I averaged 157 for 3 and a half.

Yeah just looked at Christians WKO files and OUCH!!

One thing I notce is the very low highend wattage. I guess he isn't sprinting.

Those power files are amazing. I have averaged 240 watts for 5 hours but my ride file looked WAY different than Vandevelde's (my ride was the epitome of steady effort; his was defined by spurts) and my normalized power was a paltry 250 watts compared to his 306.

Burghardt is in the break right now and it's interesting to see his power increase when he takes a pull, go to zero when he rotates back, and spike as he hops back into line.
