Sure:
1. Go to "Your Control Panel" this button is located to the upper right of your screen.
2. Click on "Edit Profile" this is the 2nd button from the left on the toolbar.
3. Scroll down to "Custom User Text"
4. In the "New Title" box, type in the new text.
5. Hit "submit changes" at the bottom!
6. Crack open a fresh brew to celebrate all your hard work!

Is there a minimum post requirement before you get the Custom User Text box to appear? I do not have this option in my Edit Profile.:(

I'd help you with that but I can't figure out anything here, so I'd only do more harm than good if I said anything. I thought you just had to be a member for 30 days, but maybe I'm wrong. Private Message one of the Moderators with that question. That's why they're paid the big bucks!;)

I think you have to have 100 posts and be a member for at least 30 days before you get to change the title!
