Tandem Cycling - High, upright handlebars - where can I get them?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
Does anyone know where I can find high upright handlebars? My wife and I want them so that she can sit completely upright while on the back of the tandem. Our friends (and fellow list-members) Pel have them, but I haven't been able to find them anywhere. Any ideas, preferably websites?

Ask your LBS. They have many sources for parts.
OR...
Try the Goodwill store / Salvation Army store in your area. Maybe you can find an old banana seat bike from the seventies with the BIG ol' high bars. (Or your LBS might have some "salvage" donor bikes.)
