Hi, new to the forum and looking forward to picking up valuable info here.
I had been riding to help with my fitness/endurance/weight/ aerobic capacity and now that I've made big progress in those areas, find that I love riding and bought a high end road bike and do my other fitness trainings to hopefully be a better rider.
I am looking for technique help and training routine help which I'll scout out on the other sections.
I average about 35 miles a day, had previously ridden alone but just joined a club about 6 weeks ago and have ridden on about 35 rides with the club.
??? I thought my name would be MinnBobber (name is Bob and live in MN) but name field comes up with my email address. What is that field called on my profile/ how do I change it?
