Any recommendations for good books on endurance sports nutrition? I think my cycling diet needs an overhaul, and I'm not looking for a meal plan, per say, but well written and current books on dietetics and a general game plan for fueling my training better. Interested in some weight loss (10-15 lbs off of my 6 ft. 175 lbs frame) without pushing myself into nutritional debt.
I have used the Zone Diet a few years back and I did drop 15 lbs.(most of which has returned), but reducing simple sugar carbs is not doing it right now. Glycemic index approach appeals to me but I want practical application for cycling feuling and recovery.
Thanks...
