Something I haven't smelled before coming out in my sweat recently; I notice this smell, almost ammonia like but not as strong usually after my medium intensity ride. I ride three times a week. My first ride is a hill climb ride where I get anaerobic. The hill I use is a shorter but steep 2 minute climb that I do 5 times with 4 minutes of recovery between climbs. I don't smell this "smell" after this ride. The next ride is a medium intensity ride of an hour at a higher aerobic rate. I smell the "smell" after this ride as I do still sweat during this aerobic ride. My third ride is a noodle ride of about an hour at a recovery rate. No smell. I haven't changed my diet much except that I am trying to get in a bit more Omega-3 fatty acids, mostly coming from eggs and tuna. Anyone, please??
