Not that hard, I average around 25 km/hr, 2 to 3 hour trips.

I'm also looking for some people. I ride also at around 25k for a couple of hours, on a trek 7.3 fx. Looking for people in Mississauga that ride West towards Cambridge area. It'd be nice to ride with some people.
