None that I've seen!
The "braze-on" style of deraileur can be mounted to the brazed-on boss
OR
Mounted to a boss that then CLAMPs to the frame.
But a "clamp-on" style deraileur can ONLY be clamped onto a seat tube that DOESN'T have a braze-on boss.

The part that bolts to the braze on can be removed, from any Campagnolo FR Der, and swapped out for a clamp or visa-versa. No problem at all and about 5 minutes to do the job.
For Record you need: RD-RE221 + FD-RE224 (32mm) or FD-RE222 + FD-RE225 (35mm) plus the pin to put them together FD-RE110.
The other option is to buy the approproate size CAMPAGNOLO CLAMP. THEY ARE SET AT A DIFFERENT ANGLE THAN ONES DESIGNED FOR SHIMANO.
32mm: Silver DC6-RE2S, Black DC6-RE2B
35mm: Silver DC6-RE5S, Black DC6-RE5B
You will need a clamp bolt (you can use a Campy bolt (FD-RE111) or any 5mm bolt, and you need to take the limiter screws amd springs out of the braze-on body.
EDIT: SORRY, JUST REALIZED YOU WERE GOING THE OTHER WAY!
This is even easier:
All Record: FD-RE201 and the fixing bolt/washer is specific so you will need that, too: FD-VL102.
