BMX - 19" Kink Jim Cielencki Sig??

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
This ebay auction is for a 19" Kink Jim Cielencki. (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ih=001&sspagename=STRK%3AMESE%3AIT&viewitem=&item=110150127340&rd=1&rd=1) Do they even come in 19"? I asked the seller, but haven't gotten a response yet. His other BMX part auctions seem to be pretty accurate, but i looked online and can only find 20.5" and 21.5 inch Cielenckis. Anyone know what the deal is?
