I work for an environmental non-profit in Brooklyn that goes into public schools and teaches kids about...well, environmentalism. We are considering putting together some in depth bike classes that we can apply to physics and engineering curriculum. Has anyone ever heard of anything like this ever being done with 7 - 12 graders? If so, point me in that direction....this could be very cool.

Forester is definitely knowledgeable about bicycles, but not a physicist or what ever. As well he is not particularly sympathetic to environmentalism, if that is your underlying focus.
