Definitely in the running for Dumb Crook Of The Year. "Hey, let's steal some bikes and sell them in the public plaza 3 blocks from the bike shop and 1 block from the police station."

I just happened to be nearby when the store employees were ferrying the bikes back to the shop... they looked happy... like this :D :D :D
