Anyone have an idea of a good spoke tension meter for 16" wheels. As one might guess, the regular Park Tool tension meter is unable to fit onto the short spokes.

Really? That surprises me. It would fit on the 16" wheels I recently worked onl.

Thanks for the links. Although the alternatives to the Park Tool are pretty steep.
My guess is that you were working on ERTO 349 wheels instead of ERTO 305 wheels. Both are commonly called 16" wheels.
The front wheel is a close call ... if had laced them radially (maybe 1X instead of 2X) then the tension meter would have fitted. The rear wheel with the internal hub is an easy call ... no way will it fit.
