You have to quick reply in the post you want to quote and check the little box at the bottom of the text window that says "quote message" in order to quote message. Hmmm.

Not sure about the new quote style. I've already kind of forgotten what it used to look like, but I think it looked better. The "originally posted by" text being inside the box (while it says "Quote:" outside the box), and the quote itself having its formatting changed is a bit odd.

It works now, but didn't work when the forums first became available (IIRC).It did work, but in a very roundabout way. It was clunky, for sure.

my shoulder feels like it is full of gravel that has been superglued together, so riding a bike was just below remove teeth with gardening tools on my list of things to do today. I did drink a tall glass of OJ and watch me some TDF though. Go Contador!!!!

I agree, this template is confusing me. I'm going to remove the italics and see if i cant give the anon quotes a boarder, just no link & user name associated with it.

If you can't get the anonymous quotes bordered, that's no big deal, I don't think. The indentation and smaller text size sets it apart from the rest of a post nicely, I think. For example:
