Hey guys, this forum is acting funky. I'm sure it will all be sorted out and all improved, but in case it just blows up, we need a back-up plan. I propose that IF it goes wacky for days and we can't get a hold of each other or post, etc., that we all convene ("cyberly" speaking) in the Bikejournal.com website (there is a chat room there). From there we can figure out what to do. Also, stockpile water bottles, cliff bars and keep a flashlight at your bed. Of course, that's in case of an earthquake, but I figured that I'd just throw that one on in here too. :p

Every time I try to go past it, it goes back to page 1234. Reminds me of Matrix. Deja vu. :-S

But what time did you get in to the office? With all the riding that we do, sleep now becomes a big priority, so 8:30 doesn't seem that out of the ordinary. Gotta treat the body right.

merider1
07-18-07, 09:10 AM
Oh, no, you are correct, Ron. I'm usually in bed by 9, so it's not that early for me. But I did not make it to the gym today like I wanted. Now, I have to go tonight. But I got 10 + hours of sleep.

I usually try to hit the sack by 10, but my problem is that I have the ability to work from home. That means I don't get to bed till 11 or 12. I need to work on that.
