I was looking to see any routes people have in Pasadena since I am moving there soon and this one seems nice...
http://www.routeslip.com/routes/19098
Except that final descent looks like a whopper (3000' in 1 mile is pretty steep) and how does it say it's a 42 mile route when the final descent ends at 28??? :D
Oh and a rant I have made twice now... Am I the ONLY one who designates turns on this program so you can actually print out a route slip? I thought that was the reason to use that site!

It looks like I went to sleep or something and forgot to finish it. I just went back and did...
Yeah, you're the only one who puts in turns. I know all the turns since I do it pretty often, and I generally don't use route slips for anything anyway, especially locally. Even when I get one I tend to just look at the map part and ride.
It took forever to save and I clicked somewhere else and lost it, so I had to do it again--I tried the "autoroute" feature (which I don't think was there before) but it puts in the turns. So you at least have the turns on the way back...

I didn't know about "autoroute" I'll have to try that some time. Thanks!

It's taking eternity to save the updated route slip. I may give up...

I know the feeling. I tried 3 times to map my uncle's route through the Santa Monica Mountains. My problem was an old browser, and the site got much better when I updated it (Firefox)

I have had you in there for a while!!
We'll have to get you over for one of our Burbank rides!

I was using the almost latest firefix (would have used the latest but it was installing itself while I was trying to save the route).

I had so many problems with routeslip.com using various web browsers that I gave up. I use bikely.com. It seems to be more reliable.
