Bought a new bike and after a short ride the other day I noticed that I had a little play in my headset.
I brought the bike back to the shop to get them to fix it.
What should I be expecting them to say? Is this a problem? Quick fix?
This is a on a new bike with 1 1/8 thread less head set, the play was small but definitely there.
Thanks

It's very quick to fix and would only be a problem if you kept riding the bike with the headset loose. They should have no trouble adjusting it properly in a minute or two.
Actually, it's an adjustment you should learn to do as it requires only one 5 mm Allen wrench and very little time. Headsets don't go out of adjustment often but occasionally should be checked.

Good to hear, I have started learning how to maintain my own bikes but with this one being so new I figured the shop had better fix it up.
