What is it about the frame that you like better than the Madone? What size is the Madone vs the Look?

They are both XXL but the LOOK sizing is a 59 and the Madone is a 62. Actually the measurements are very close. The Look has a much better ride, its is stiffer in the BB so it seems to climb and accelerate faster. The head tube is a tad steeper too, so its a bit more responsive. Its also 2 lbs lighter, of course I spent a bit more to go with Dura Ace on the LOOK, the Madone is Ultegra. Its more stabe at high speed, and the Dura Ace pads stop the bike better, Ill be changing the pads on the Madone soon. The Look had a standard double too, not sure if Ill keep that or not. At first it was a definate no, but now Im kinda getting used to it and its not bad.

Damn, too small for me. I had been eyeing the 595 Origin, but this is a screaming deal. Someone pick it up soon!

Thats about right. Looks sizing runs big, hence Im on a 59 and its the same size as my 62 Trek.
The top tube on the 53 is 54.5 and the head tube is 14.8. Think its more equal to a 54 or55 in most other bikes.

The top tube is similar to a 54 Specialized.

I would much rather just think it didn't fit me and leave it at that . . . ;) Besides, I already got a bike this year, so it's gotta wait until at least Christmas or something, when the hustle and bustle of shopping will hopefully help me slide something like this under the DW's radar . . .

And I promised voltman I wouldn't get another bike until he got one.
