I sounds like your not in Chico anymore...but if you are most any bar will turn it on for you if you ask. They are just happy that you are there mid-day. I recommend Normal St. bar, but Joe's is good as well. I'm not a huge fan of the Bear, but they have a billion TV's so they are bound to have it on one or two of them. Plenty of other options as well.

yo. I'm not from Chico, but an old friend of mine went to Chico State and is now a teacher up there. She gives me so much hell for not going up there, but honestly i think it's been like 5 years, so it's time to pay her a visit on my way up from SF. I'm taking my road bike for some longer rides and my track bike for fun drunken rides. I've been to Normal Street, that place is probably better than most of the bars in Chico. I dislike the Bear as well. I really like Duffy's but i don't rememeber them having any TVs. Thanks for the tips.

ya, i'm bringing both bikes. Haven't made any plans because i want to relax and play it by ear. Im working a checkpoint for my friends going away race on Saturday. as soon as i have more details i will post them. the weeekend of the 28th i am going to the kite festival in Berkeley.

If everyone's meeting up, let me know. That's my marathon race weekend so I probably won't drink. I'm up for a road ride though.
