First time posting here, thought I'd stop by and see what I could learn. I'm starting to get into cycling as a way to get back into shape, so all the pointers here will be put to good use. Not easy to ride in Las Vegas in the summer, but that's what it's going to take.

You should be able to learn at least one new thing a day here! Are you brand new to cycling, or are you returning after a long layoff?

Road? Mountain? BMX? Cyclocross?

You are made of tougher material than I am if you are cycling in LAS during this time of the year :eek: !
