I have been lurking, and it is time to come out.
I am Hoary Marmot, which is my 508 totem. I have been going long for a long time. My first century was the 1992 Santiam (Slow) Spokes Strawberry Century. My first double was the 1997 Seattle to Portland. My first 24 hour time trial was the 2006 Ring of Fire (307 miles) and my first qualifier was the 2006 Furnace Creek 508 - 41:23:02.
This seems to be a friendly place so I'll poke in every now and then just to say hi.
