Try Cadence coffee shop in Bowness weekends leaving roughly 10:30(don't quote me on that) or leaving from the signal Hill library also weekends i'm not sure what time, mostly vets riding a decent pace contact the crankmasters club @ www.calgarycycling.com
every wednesday 6;00 pm sharp at the Cabin coffee shop on Bow trail, this one is fast and hard not for the shy...

good luck

funny, i was just speaking with a guy last night about the cabin ride; he informed me it was mostly composed of CAT 2 riders. is the Cadence ride a little less intense? do yo happen to have a contact so that i may confirm the time?

thanks 'rasher.

here's the site for cadence; www.cadencecoffee.com Al is the owner he'll know the start time.

As far as the cabin ride, pretty much anyone can do the ride, Usually it's the cat 1/2's and maybe some fast 3's that are first to the top of the Cochrane hill. Like I say it's fast and hard but really good training, just try to hang in as long as possible, the Springbank airport road is usually my Waterloo... FWIW good pack skills are always appreciated with this one.

Give it a go.

The Bike Shop has a ride Mondays at 6 PM. Depending on the crowd that shows up it can be fairly quick.
