Looks like a cheap steel frame (maybe built with 3T Aelle or Cromor). Basicly a euro frame with fancy graphics of Anquetil. Defiently nothing old or collectors item.

Through my 'googling' I'd kinda figured it was nothing special but I had to get some confirmation just in case
