i need to no how to get a star nut out, any 1 got any tips?

Drive it down with a boom stick, or similar drift until it falls out the bottom of the steer tube.

Be sure to remove the front brake bfore you try to drive it out. Otherwise just drive it down far enough to clear the new one and leave it in place.
